I would like to request everyone's input as to what training you feel is applicable and should be taught in a militia unit.

Please provide your opinions regardless of whether or not they are unconventional, require a specific trainer, requires specific gear, etc.
Additionally, if unconventional, please provide a reason why said training should be included.
