Could the anti-2nd Amendment laws of CT cause a Civil War?

Could the anti-2nd Amendment laws of CT cause a Civil War?

The 90 days warning has passed. only an estimated 20,000 have registered their guns.
An estimated 200,000 seemed to have either refused, or forgot to register their guns. And the new laws now labels them FELONS.

With tittles like that in the news could a rebellion occur? Could a Revolution occur? Could a Civil War occur, since America is so divided on the importance of the Constitution?

Already, groups are forming to rescue Connecticut should the need arise.

And then Rhode Island seems to be next

If the Constitution becomes obsolete, America will join the ranks of the Democracies as are most European countries. Many fled Europe for Freedom. Why do they want it back like in Europe?
